Data Privacy Officer
Job Description
Support data privacy and compliance operations at an insurance company, managing privacy frameworks, vendor agreements, and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing?
- Implement data privacy frameworks, handle DSARs, maintain data processing registers, and support breach detection and reporting
- Track third-party Data Processing Agreements, conduct vendor risk assessments, and ensure compliance documentation during onboarding
- Assist with IT risk assessments, maintain compliance policies, support internal audits, and monitor security standards like ISO 27001
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in data privacy, information security, IT GRC, or legal advisory roles
- Knowledge of data protection regulations, compliance frameworks, and IT security standards
