Data Center Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
Maintain operational integrity of Airtel's enterprise data center and hybrid infrastructure platforms through oversight, support, and compliance management.
What you will be doing?
- Monitor and validate data center activities, perform spot checks, and ensure adherence to security and change controls
- Support compute, storage, virtualization, and Kubernetes platform troubleshooting with system validation and escalation
- Coordinate vendor repairs, manage backup compliance, and maintain CMDB accuracy for audit readiness
Who You Are
- 5+ years IT infrastructure operations experience with hands-on Linux/Windows server administration and data center environment exposure
- Kubernetes/container platform exposure required with understanding of compute, storage, virtualization, and backup tooling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field with ITIL exposure and vendor/OEM coordination experience
