Job Description
The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in scaling the Kampe Care initiative by providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
What you will be doing?
- Consolidate and manage data from pharmacy partners, telemedicine platforms, insurance claims, and customer enrolments.
- Provide actionable insights to improve pharmacy performance, customer experience, and overall project outcomes.
- Conduct forecasting and predictive analysis to estimate enrolment growth, service utilization, and pharmacy performance under scale.
Who You Are
- BSc/Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (master's degree a plus)
- 5-7 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or healthcare/insurance analytics
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
