Job Description
The Data & Growth Analyst will monitor and analyze growth metrics, bookings, and revenue to drive operational and marketing performance improvements.
What you will be doing?
- Monitor number of partners onboarded and route coverage
- Build dashboards for leadership team and provide actionable insights for marketing, operations, and product
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations, build predictive models, and conduct A/B testing
Who You Are
- Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in startups or tech/fintech
- Proficient in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
