Job Description
Lead facility management operations across Dangote's outlets to ensure optimal safety, functionality, and cost efficiency.
What you will be doing?
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, preventive maintenance plans, and sustainability initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage facility projects including expansions, renovations, and refurbishments while ensuring HSE compliance and regulatory standards
- Oversee vendor contracts, budgets, asset inventory, and cost optimization initiatives across all operational sites
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or related field with 7+ years of progressive facility/maintenance management experience
- Professional certifications such as IFMA, BIFM, or COREN with proven multi-site operations and vendor contract management experience
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, building codes, statutory compliance, and experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality sector
