Job Description
Lead the transformation of healthcare data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, data visualization, and predictive modeling to support evidence-based decision-making across healthcare facilities.
What you will be doing?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making
- Design, implement, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to monitor KPIs and identify trends
- Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of healthcare data while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance
Who You Are
- 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or health informatics, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field; Master's degree advantageous
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) with strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
