Job Description
Transform healthcare data into actionable insights as a Data Analytics Officer at Deloitte, supporting evidence-based decision-making and operational excellence.
What you will be doing?
- Collect, process, and analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and clinical improvements
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related discipline with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, regulatory requirements, and excellent analytical and communication skills
