Job Description
Data Analyst to drive product growth and financial performance for a fintech and crypto startup in Africa
What you will be doing?
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform product and business strategy
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product and financial metrics
- Partner with Product Managers to define, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for product success
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within fintech or product-led organizations
- Strong command of SQL and proficiency in at least one analytical tool (Python, R, or Excel), preferably Python
- Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Google Data Studio
