Assistant Accountant/ Commercial Officer (Bakery/Table Water Operations)

Job Description

What you will be doing?

• Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions, prepare accurate budget forecasts, and publish timely financial statements
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate bank transactions
• Provide reports on financial health, performance, and liquidity, audit financial transactions, and maintain proper documentation

Who You Are

• Proven experience working as an Accountant in a bakery setting, with strong understanding of accounting regulations and GAAP principles
• Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software, with advanced MS Excel skills for financial tracking and data analysis
• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with ICAN certification or progress toward it as an added advantage
