CPIMS/Data Officer
Job Description
The CPIMS/Data Officer will manage and coordinate all child protection data across locations of intervention and oversee the EYN Projects CPIMS+ system, conducting regular data cleaning, analysis, and updating the IPTT with support from the MEAL Coordinator.
What you will be doing?
- Conduct data collection and analysis, ensuring confidentiality of data at all levels
- Carry out monthly/regular analysis of data and provide progress reports
- Ensure accurate synchronization of case files into the CPIMS+ database and export data regularly
Who You Are
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with children, families, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant certification or licensure and at least 2 years of experience working with children and families in a case management or social work role
