Job Description
A Data Center Customer Operations III role focused on executing semi-routine datacenter tasks including equipment installations, cross-connects, and customer support at Equinix Nigeria.
What you will be doing?
- Process and respond to work order requests, manage queue escalations, and maintain detailed records of all work activities
- Rack and stack customer equipment, support infrastructure installations including fiber trays and cable management following standard operating procedures
- Support datacenter cross-connect work including installations, terminations, testing, and layer 1 certification while learning advanced testing under supervision
Who You Are
- 1-4 years of relevant datacenter or operations work experience
- Proficient in following standard operating procedures and technical documentation
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
