Job Description
Applies acquired job skills to work on semi-routine tasks within standard operating procedures, supporting the overall team.
What you will be doing?
- Reviews work order requests, responds to semi-routine work orders, and escalates/expedites orders as needed
- Supports semi-routine customer equipment installations, cross-connects, and testing/troubleshooting
- Provides support to operations and security personnel, and delivers excellent customer service
Who You Are
- Typically requires a high school diploma and years of equivalent work experience
- Able to work on semi-routine tasks within standard operating procedures
- Capable of learning non-standard testing and procedures under supervision
