Job Description
Leverage analytical expertise to support process creation, optimize workflows, build operational dashboards, and develop monitoring tools for a rapidly growing business.
What you will be doing?
- Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end processes to guide your work and ensure awareness of potential downstream impacts
- Use SQL extensively to generate and optimize processes, deliver precise data to teams, and transform outputs into actionable insights
- Design and maintain operational dashboards for case-level deep dives, as well as analytical dashboards to inform leadership decisions and guide team performance
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another data analysis–related field
- 2 – 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with regular SQL use
- High-level proficiency in SQL and strong expertise in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
