Data Support Executive (VAS Services)
Job Description
A Data Support Executive responsible for collecting, validating, and reporting on VAS platform data while monitoring service metrics and supporting telecoms initiatives.
What you will be doing?
- Collect, organize, and validate subscriber and service-related data from VAS platforms (SMS, USSD, Shortcodes)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor key VAS service metrics including registrations, participation, and traffic trends
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis with basic SQL or BI tools knowledge
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills, eager to learn in the VAS and telecoms industry
