Business and Data Analyst
Job Description
A Data Analyst role focused on leveraging talent and recruitment data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across Hugo Technologies' talent sourcing and assessment lifecycle.
What you will be doing?
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources including application platforms, assessment tools, and internal databases while ensuring data integrity and security
- Analyze assessment results and performance metrics to identify trends, create interactive dashboards, and generate periodic reports on talent pipeline health and recruitment funnel metrics
- Maintain data quality standards through validation and cleaning, support compliance with data governance frameworks, and create reporting templates and standard operating procedures
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field with 2-4 years of data analytics experience, preferably in HR, recruitment, or operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio with proven ability to work with large datasets
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders
