Job Description

HR professional to manage talent management and data analytics for strategic people decisions

What you will be doing?

  • Partner with leadership to design, implement, and monitor talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights for workforce planning and decision-making

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification – CIPM, SHRM, CIPD – is an added advantage)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR with strong exposure to talent management and HR analytics
  • Excellent command of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
