Job Description
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data infrastructure and analytics platforms for the MasterCard Foundation.
What you will be doing?
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable data storage architectures including data warehouses and data lakes
- Lead a team of Data Engineers and Architects to implement the Foundation's Data Architecture framework, including data integration, metadata management, and data lineage tracking
- Develop and operationalize the Foundation's data strategy and quality management practices in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in data management with expertise in SQL, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and data engineering tools and techniques
- 3+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to build collaborative relationships, mentor direct reports, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
