Job Description
Lead the design and delivery of credit acquisition strategy and analytical support within the Bank
What you will be doing?
- Lead the development of credit risk acquisition strategies including scorecard build/cut-offs, and policy rule optimisation
- Leverage large in-house data sources using cutting-edge analytical techniques to develop actionable insights for C-suite leaders
- Drive the data driven decision making culture across the Bank through continued innovation and proactive application of data analytics
Who You Are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role e.g. Data Science / Credit Risk
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python (Pandas, Numpy etc.)
- Strong hands-on expertise in model building and validation e.g. Decision Trees, Random Forests, Logistic Regression
