Senior Data Analyst
Job Description
Drive growth and success of payment products at Moniepoint by developing data-driven strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and product engagement.
What you will be doing?
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to guide sales and marketing efforts through data insights and KPI monitoring
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) and apply advanced statistical modeling to solve product and business problems
- Develop and maintain scalable, self-service visualization dashboards and own end-to-end analytics for marketing and growth products
Who You Are
- 3-4 years of professional quantitative analysis experience in tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or tech companies with strong programming background
- Expert in SQL, Python (Pandas, SciPy), statistical modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing digital product experiments with strong communication and strategic thinking skills
