Senior Data Scientist
Job Description
Lead high-impact data science projects at Moniepoint Inc., designing end-to-end solutions that drive product innovation and business strategy through advanced analytics and machine learning.
What you will be doing?
- Design and deliver end-to-end data science solutions including predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities, and design A/B tests and causal inference studies to inform key business decisions
- Build dashboards, tools, and frameworks to enable self-service analytics and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in fast-paced or high-growth environments with proficiency in SQL and large-scale data systems (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with fluency in Python or R, experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Plotly)
- BSc/MSc/PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar) with solid understanding of experimental design and causal inference
