A detail-oriented Data Analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting training-related data to support organizational decision-making and enhance training effectiveness.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to work with training or organizational data
