BI & Data Operations Specialist – Mobile Installment (BNPL)
Job Description
Drive data-driven decision-making for PalmPay's Mobile Installment business by managing data pipelines, developing BI dashboards, and delivering actionable insights across credit, collections, and operations.
What you will be doing?
- Manage end-to-end data flow, ensure data integrity across multiple systems, and collaborate with tech teams to fix data discrepancies and integration errors
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to monitor loan disbursements, repayments, NPL ratios, and collection performance
- Perform deep-dive analyses on credit performance and customer behavior, identify operational inefficiencies, and provide data-backed recommendations to support strategic decisions
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, or Data Operations in fintech or digital lending
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and experience with data pipeline management (ETL tools, APIs, data warehouses)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
