Job Description
The AML Transaction Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into complex financial crime risks, developing AML monitoring systems, preparing regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance across Paystack's operations.
What you will be doing?
- Conduct AML-related risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance monitoring rules.
- Manage and investigate complex alerts, analyzing transactional data and customer profiles.
- Identify trends and typologies associated with money laundering and financial crime.
Who You Are
- Have 4+ years of experience in AML/CFT compliance roles with a focus on financial crime investigations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and FIU reporting requirements.
- Are proficient in SQL and Excel for investigative analysis.
