Job Description

What you will be doing?

• Collect, clean, and organize quantitative and qualitative datasets; conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical summaries to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data pipelines, apply statistical techniques, and integrate data-driven approaches into program planning

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field with 1-3 years of data analysis experience
• Proficient in at least one programming language with strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and statistical/ML concepts
• Strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
