Data Analyst (Procurement Department)
Job Description
Data Analyst for the Procurement Department responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting procurement and inventory data to optimize purchasing decisions and operational efficiency.
What you will be doing?
- Collect, organize, and analyze procurement and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support management decision-making and monitor supplier performance
- Work with procurement and warehouse teams to forecast demand, prevent stock shortages, and automate recurring reports
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with minimum 2 years of Data Analyst experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities and ability to work collaboratively across teams
