Job Description
The Compliance and Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements while leveraging data analytics to monitor compliance performance, detect risks, and support informed decision-making.
What you will be doing?
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collect, clean, and analyze compliance-related and operational data to identify patterns, anomalies, and risks.
- Provide training to staff on compliance standards, data protection, and ethical practices.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years experience in compliance, risk, audit, or data analysis role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry (e.g., financial regulations, data privacy laws, corporate governance)
