Telecom Data Expert
Job Description
The Telecom Data Expert is responsible for managing and maintaining the data and cabling network infrastructure for SPIE Oil & Gas Services in Nigeria.
What you will be doing?
- Resolve critical and challenging system faults, liaise with OEMs for level 3 support, and ensure compliance with company HSE practices
- Carry out analysis of routine maintenance reports and implement recommended corrective actions, as well as oversee major equipment relocation, installation, network re-engineering, reconfiguration, and commissioning
- Train and mentor support engineers and technicians, supervise the team maintaining homogeneous equipment, and resolve level 2 and above faults on data/structure equipment and network within the SLA
Who You Are
- Engineering degree
- CCNP and CCIE certifications
- Expert in data, TOIP, copper & fiber cabling, IPTV, video conference, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and access points
