Job Description
Manage and monitor Stanbic IBTC's social media presence, identify sales opportunities, and resolve customer queries and complaints.
What you will be doing?
- Develop and implement marketing programs to promote the brand and product offerings across various channels
- Plan, implement, manage, and monitor the bank's brand presence across all available channels to increase awareness, sales, and customer retention
- Coordinate social media content and activities across multiple teams and business units
Who You Are
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management and customer engagement on social media platforms
- 2-4 years of experience in client experience management, including dealing with customer queries and complaints within a financial institution
- Proficient in business writing and exposure to Salesforce
