Job Description
Experienced Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement in a data-focused environment.
What you will be doing?
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
