Job Description
A Business Operations Performance & Data Analyst who transforms operational data into actionable insights to optimize business processes and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
What you will be doing?
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support strategic decisions and build performance dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Establish, track, and evaluate KPIs across departments while identifying process gaps and recommending improvements through cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct in-depth operational and financial analyses to identify trends, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations performance, or data analytics
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, advanced Excel, and process optimization methodologies with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into clear business recommendations with strong attention to detail and understanding of KPI development
