Job Description

What you will be doing?

• Identify and establish new business relationships to create strategic alliances aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring a stronger market presence within the industry.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, and adopt effective business strategies and pricing models to capture target markets.
• Lead the company's brand management, marketing, and corporate communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, client services, or business development, preferably within a professional services or HR solutions firm.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and client engagement strategies.
