Job Description
Customer service role responsible for addressing customer inquiries, promoting products, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve company targets.
What you will be doing?
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Actively promote company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree/OND/HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Sales or Customer Service with measurable sales targets
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
