Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Lead and manage the internal human resources function while supporting key client HR projects at Total Data Limited.
What you will be doing?
- Oversee the company's day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Provide HR advisory services on projects for clients as assigned e.g., policy design, compliance audits, or outsourced HR management.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with at least 2 – 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR best practices, and HR advisory processes.
