Job Description

What you will be doing?

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback collection to define demand and develop localized SKUs for Nigerian usage scenarios
• Plan and execute product launches in coordination with sales, marketing, and supply chain, including pricing, allocation, training, and promotions
• Track commercial performance metrics (sell-in, sell-through, margin, inventory) and collect field feedback to drive product improvements and policy changes

Who You Are

• Experienced product manager with proven track record in product roadmap ownership and commercial performance management
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Skilled communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and HQ teams
