Senior Trainer
Job Description
Lead nationwide training programmes for mobile phones and accessories, designing and delivering practical training across retail stores, promoters, and service centres.
What you will be doing?
- Design and deliver end-to-end training programmes including onboarding, upskilling, and certification using blended learning approaches (classroom, in-store coaching, online modules)
- Create training content such as product manuals, sales scripts, troubleshooting guides, and micro-learning videos; conduct field coaching and store visits for live demonstrations and 1:1 mentoring
- Build trainer networks through Train-the-Trainer sessions, set measurable KPIs, track training impact, and support product launches with sales enablement materials
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years retail or channel training experience with at least 3 years in mobile devices, consumer electronics, or telecoms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles with proven ability to coach retail teams on sales conversion, objection handling, and customer engagement
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile phones and powerbanks with data analysis skills to measure training outcomes and present improvement reports
