Job Description
Manage and coordinate the activities of production and logistics employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What you will be doing?
- Continuous recruitment, orientation and training of factory operatives
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and sequences to meet client's projected expectations
- Enforce Clients/TDL rules and regulations, and manage operatives' activities in line with client's requirements
Who You Are
- Experienced in directing and coordinating production and logistics activities
- Ability to recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hirings, evaluations, or promotions
- Proficient in maintaining operations data and preparing production reports
