Human Resources Associate (Data and System Support)
Job Description
HR Associate providing data analytics, systems support, and administrative assistance to UNICEF's Nigeria Country Office HR functions.
What you will be doing?
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to track recruitment metrics, employee demographics, retention rates, and performance indicators
- Process personnel actions, entitlements, and benefits for local staff while ensuring compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations
- Support business partners in employee engagement initiatives, change management, and training program development
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or computer science with 3+ years of similar experience (or 6+ years without degree)
- Expert in data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Excel) with strong data management and analysis capabilities
- Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills and knowledge of UN HR principles and systems
