National Enumerator Consultant for Data Collection for Tracer Study on Girls Education and Skills Partnership
Job Description
Lead data collection and survey implementation for a UNICEF tracer study evaluating the Girls' Education and Skills Partnership program's impact on girls' education and employment outcomes in Nigeria.
What you will be doing?
- Develop, pilot test, and finalize survey instruments and protocols for quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Conduct data collection from January to August 2026 using digital tools and field visits, including data entry and cleaning
- Support data verification, quality assurance, and follow-up surveys as requested by the international consultant
Who You Are
- Advanced degree holder in education, international development, social sciences or related field with minimum 3 years of data collection experience
- Experienced in survey instrument development, digital data collection tools, and education sector surveys with UN or international development agencies
- Fluent in English with working knowledge of local languages in Lagos or Kano state and understanding of gender-sensitive approaches and PSEA
