Job Description

First-line technical support engineer responsible for monitoring data center infrastructure, responding to incidents, and ensuring high availability of telecommunications services.

What you will be doing?

  • Monitor data center applications and services, report on alarms/anomalies, and perform initial corrective actions
  • Log detailed incident descriptions into ITSM tools and escalate complex issues to 2nd line support following ITIL processes and SLAs
  • Perform hands-on hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance while maintaining operational documentation and knowledge bases

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 2-4+ years of NOC/SOC/data center experience
  • Proficient in Windows 11 enterprise environments, ITSM tools (ServiceNow), TCP/IP networking, and Active Directory user administration
  • Detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
