- Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance processes
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and build employer branding to attract top talent
- Establish performance management frameworks and develop learning & development programs
Who You Are
- Significant experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in a startup or fintech environment
- Specialized in performance management and growth reviews over a significant period
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
