Excel Practical Challenge Test
Challenging, but very great practice. I had a lot of fun doing the challenge.
Most challenging was output 1-6.
The test covered various functions was a tough but rewarding challenge. It covered a range of essential topics, testing both theoretical understanding and practical application. The exam focused on formulas and functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and IF statements.
Advanced functions such as nested IFs, COUNTIF, and SUMIF were tested, along with logical functions and data visualization through charts. While some questions were straightforward, others required deeper problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with nested functions and data analysis tasks.
Overall, the test was a great way to gauge my Excel proficiency and identify areas for improvement. Looking forward to mastering more complex functions in the next phase. 🚀

Mid Term Data Analyst Job Test
Working on the sales data analysis project was really really challenging, especially when it came to using certain excel formulas. I really struggled with this and also with applying a specific formula which prevented me from completing some parts of the analysis. Despite my efforts to understand it, I found the commission calculation particularly difficult and confusing. However, the experience made me realize the importance of understanding excel formulas for accurate data analysis. I have realized that i really need to improve my excel skills and gain a better understanding of complex formulas to handle similar tasks more effectively. Thank you

Mid Term Data Analyst Job Test
It took me a while before I could answer task 1, the question looked very challenging but then I remembered we were thought the LOOKUP function and Excel Calculations in Week 2 and week 1 respectively, so I had to go back to rejog my memory.
Task 4 on the other hand, I still don't know what the question required of me although I answered it to the best of my ability.
What surprised me the most is that these Task was to be completed under an hour but it took me days. I love attempting these test because it challenges me to learn more.

Zona Warehouse Performance Optimization Project
This project was a great learning experience. I got to work with Google Sheets, applying different data analysis techniques like filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP. One of the trickiest parts was making sure the filtered data stayed accurate, especially when working with Actual Pick Rate and damages. I also used the formula bar to make my work easier and automate certain tasks. At times, structuring the data felt a bit overwhelming, but once everything came together, it was satisfying to see clear insights. Overall, this project helped me get more comfortable handling large datasets, improving my problem-solving skills, refining my analytical thinking, and making better data-driven decisions.

Excel Practical Challenge Test
This project has been a real journey—equal parts exciting, challenging, and enlightening! As a newbie to the world of data analysis, I initially found myself overwhelmed by the seemingly endless possibilities and functions. From formulas that refused to cooperate to pivot tables that tested my patience, every step came with a new learning curve. But slowly, with lots of trial and error (and a few tutorials and asking questions from my mentor), things started to click. It’s truly amazing how a well-placed formula or a neatly structured table can transform a chaotic dataset into something meaningful and insightful.
There were moments of frustration, but those were balanced by small wins—like finally figuring out that tricky COUNTIF, COUNTIFS etc. This experience has not only improved my technical skills but also built my confidence in Excel sheet. While it may not be perfect, I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished as an aspiring analyst.
I hope the markers will see the effort, growth, and determination behind this project and appreciate it for what it is—a first step on a much bigger learning journey. Thank you for your patience and support.

Zona Warehouse Performance Optimization Project
This was a great project to work on. I liked that it incorporated so many topics that were taught during the Google Sheets lessons. It was really good practice of the lessons I have learned over time while learning Google Sheets. From basic functions, formulas, data validation, lookups, filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and pivot charts.
Resagratia team, please consider reducing the number of required words before a project can be submitted. I struggle to find 100 words to write as a comment after each project. It is a bit discouraging for me. Sometimes, it takes me hours to be able to write something tangible that will meet the required number.

Working on this project has given me valuable insight into my weak areas, allowing me to identify specific topics that I need to focus on more. For example, I encountered some challenges with Num3, and I noticed that my solution for Num1 regarding the total number of solar TVs was incorrect. These areas will require more practice and review.
I plan to take the upcoming break to go over the course materials again and revisit the classes to strengthen my understanding. Google has been a helpful resource in supporting my learning, but I realize I need to invest more time in fully grasping the concepts.
Overall, this experience has been a learning opportunity, and I am determined to improve during the break.

Analysis and Visualisation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Power BI and Excel
I was easily able to clean and normalize the excel data, though it was a bit difficult for me to input the 2024 data into the existing power query.
Policy changes should be made or investments even to increase production in the economy.
This project shows how important power bi is needed, it’s ability to merge different datasets and also bringing diverse visualizations in the way data can be presented and at the same time providing deep insights into issues concerning the data. I was able to uncover what I may think is the underlying cause of the drop in production.
A different strategy or approach should to be taken for economic development

Introduction to Tableau
It was quite challenging, but I am very grateful to be a part of this boot camp. I would like to request feedback and corrections on the project so I can learn from my mistakes and improve. I'm quite certain that I made a few errors and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct them. Unfortunately, I can't submit it yet because the minimum word count is 100, and I've already expressed everything on my mind. So here I am, trying to extend my thoughts to meet the requirement and reach the 100-word mark! Thank you thank you thank you

Introduction to Tableau
I would say a major reason for the crisis is employee absences. Majority of the absences in the company are from departments that major roles in the growth, productivity and profitability of the company.
Also, the difference in the salary of the executive office and other departments is quite high. Understandably, it’s a lot of work to oversee and manage an entire company, it would still be advisable to look into it and maybe increase the salary of other departments or give some sort of incentives that would motivate them.
I was able to explore different options of presenting data.
Although I made some mistakes, I was able to learn new things from the mistakes I made, and I may prefer tableau to other tools when it comes to visualization and presentation.

Data Analytics Fundamentals with Google Sheets
The project was both interesting and challenging, but ultimately, it was a rich and rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to apply many of the skills taught in the instructional videos, and I am genuinely proud of what I accomplished. The most challenging aspect was formatting the slicer; it took me a lot of time and effort to figure it out. I think I ended up creating around 10 pivot tables before I finally got it right. Overall, the exercise was a valuable learning experience that has prepared me for even more complex tasks ahead, especially when working with Google Sheets.

I enjoyed my time on Resagratia. It was tasking as I had quite a handful of engagements but hey! I was successful and now we're at the penultimate chapter. This particular topic on GDP was interesting to me because it's something I can myself making reference to regardless of career path.
I hope the tech world is also as fun and as colorful as what we're exposed to. It's nice to know I bring some data analysis into healthcare. I await corrections where I'm lacking and thankful for your feedback as per usual. Hopefully, my work does not disappoint, heh. Thats all for now.

Data Analytics Fundamentals with Google Sheets
The course has really given better understanding of so many excel formulas I struggled with in the past and I know there's more to learn and that makes me really excited. I Know I can do better for this particular project, but I don't really understand the question. I would appreciate an explanation to better understand in the next project. The lesson were clear and very understandable. I don't know when to use what chart for what as that still confuses me.
Here are a few questions I would like to ask:
Looking forward to my learning schedule for week two and also doing better in my project.

I thoroughly had loads of fun doing this project and creating the Github repository.
It has been an amazing journey, and I am super excited for the
knowledge, techniques, and skills I have acquired
On this capstone project, I decided to use Tableau to analyze
and visualize the data. I chose Tableau for its beautiful, user-friendly
interface and its flexible and comprehensive dashboard. Seeing the charts all
come together in a way told a good story of the data was wonderful.
The value of the bootcamp exceeded its cost by far. I am thrilled
as I look forward to more analyzing and visualizations of data.
Thank you, Resagratia!

Exciting project, it was very engaging and i enjoyed every bit of it. It was nice to use knowledge from other topics for this project because i feel like it refreshed my memory on that topic. It was also interesting to see the application of what i learned come into practice. With every thing that has been taught i am sure that i can tackle the issues that any data analyst role throws at me. I did have some issues along the way but they were handled effectively. This powerful data visualization tool enhanced my analytical skills and gave me the ability to turn raw data into insightful, interactive dashboards. I enjoyed exploring real-world scenarios and learning to present data in visually appealing ways that facilitate better decision-making. Mastering Power BI not only improved my technical expertise but also boosted my confidence in delivering data-driven insights effectively. Thank you for everything that has been taught to me.

Final Operations Analyst Job Test
This project was very insightful and really refreshed my memory on excel formulas, functions, Pivot tables and charts as well as pivot dashboard.
It helped me in researching on how to use functions to calculate dates (months and years), previous and present dates in relation to the project's timeframe/scope.
The Lookup functions were required in solving the tasks which also brought back fresh memory on how to use them.
Even though the task did not require us creating a dashboard, I decided to create one in order to put to use some of the skills learnt so far. This greatly helped to discover some tools within the pivot charts which I have not used before now.
On a broader view, this exercise, to a certain extent, gave me an insight into what I should be expecting in the real world of Data Analyst.

This guided project was wonderful; so many new techniques and insights. I was truly excited to learn more, and I learnt a whole lot. Power Bi is truly an amazing tool. I think I still need to go over the lessons again to fully grasp the techniques and develop my skills further. The data cleaning in power query process was great. There were so many techniques used that I found myself wishing I knew weeks ago that would have saved a lot of stress and time. Now it is time to practice some more and perfect the new skills and techniques I have learnt.

Data Portfolio And Capstone Project For Data Analytics
This was an exciting project, as always. I got to choose between the three business intelligence tools and I decided to use Tableau since Power BI was used for the previous project. Getting to create my own dashboard without any template was interesting. I realized how similar DAX measures in Power BI are to calculated fields in Tableau.
Getting to create my GitHub repository was a journey. I got really stuck at a particular place, getting my images to be visible, but I figured it out in due time. Knowing that there's a platform where I can showcase my work and connect with others in the same field is simply amazing and now that I know how to do so, I'll continue to do so.
These 14 weeks have been the best. My knowledge in data analytics has skyrocketed from absolutely nothing to knowing how to use not 1, but 4 BI tools. I look forward to building on the knowledge I've already gained.

Excel Practical Challenge Test
The project exercise is a good module reinforcement activity. While the exercise was tasking in some cases, it encouraged thinking outside of the box to solve questions in practical steps. Some components of the questions where however tasking but I was able to reach a convincing solution on the best approach to the question. Every question was attempted. To be able to attempt calculations with dates, the internet was a resourceful too to achieving this, researching how to SUMIFs and COUNTIFs using especial characters like “&” on a date criterion amongst others. In general, it was an excellent experience and a continuous learning curve.
