HR Data Analyst
Job Description
The HR Data Analyst (Payroll & HR Functions) will be responsible for providing data-driven insights across core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation.
What you will be doing?
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data across key functions, including recruitment, performance, learning & development, employee relations, and compensation.
- Administer payroll processes with accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Monitor HR metrics such as Time to Fill, attrition, and training effectiveness to guide decision-making.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Manangement or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll administration and HR data analysis.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel (or similar tools).
