Job Description

Develop and execute brand equity building strategies for MTN's master brand, supporting the development of thematic, voice, and data propositions for youth, teens, digital services, and enterprise-wide business campaigns.

What you will be doing?

  • Develop and execute brand equity building strategies for Masterbrand.
  • Support to manage strategic framework for the development of Thematic, Voice & Data propositions for Youth, Teens, Digital services and other Enterprise/Group- wide business campaigns.
  • Assist in developing rollout plans and route to market strategy for all thematic campaigns

Who You Are

  • First degree in related discipline, with a tertiary qualification in marketing, economics, or social science. MBA is an additional advantage.
  • Professional qualification of CIM or any other marketing-related professional body. Membership of NIM (Nigerian Institute of Marketing) and ARCON would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising/managing stakeholders, and experience in brand management and project management in a marketing department or advertising.
