Data Analyst (M&E Support)
Job Description
Support WRAPA's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning systems through data analysis, visualization, and reporting to inform programme decision-making and donor reporting.
What you will be doing?
- Clean, organize, validate datasets, and perform analysis of quantitative and qualitative programme data
- Develop dashboards, charts, tables, and summaries for internal and donor reporting
- Support outcome tracking, indicator analysis, performance monitoring, and learning documentation
Who You Are
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms (Power BI, SPSS advantageous)
- Prior experience in data analysis, M&E, research, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with deadlines
